For as long as I can remember, gifting has been my favourite thing in the world. As a child, I wasn’t just picking out presents. I was paying attention. What does this person love? Which colours make them smile? What little detail would make their eyes light up? Figuring that out was always my hobby, and it never stopped being joyful.
Over the years, I worked with companies where the customer always came first. I learned that real relationships aren’t built on transactions. They’re built on trust, care and knowing someone as a person, not just as a name on an order. That belief stayed with me.
Those two threads, my lifelong love of thoughtful gifting and a people-first way of working, came together and La Grâce Impressions was born.
