We currently ship within Delhi-NCR only. Please review delivery timelines, payment terms and the replacement process before placing your order.

Shipping of Products

We currently ship within Delhi-NCR only, through registered courier partners. Orders are generally dispatched within 7 working days and delivered within 1–2 working days of dispatch. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Noida. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of ordering.

Non-Availability on Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two times before returning it to us. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the PIN code and a mobile number, so we can deliver your order smoothly.

Modes of Payment

We accept advance payment of 50% on order confirmation & the remaining amount must be received by La Grâce Impressions before the order is shipped. We accept payment via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS and UPI only. Cash on delivery is not available.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

La Grâce Impressions takes great care in curating, packing and delivering every order, and we adhere to the highest quality standards.

We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. We offer a replacement only if a product arrives genuinely damaged or does not match the item in your order confirmation. Personalised or customised orders cannot be replaced unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

An unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement request. Please record a clear, continuous video while opening the package, starting from the sealed parcel. Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

To report damage or an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Isha.Bisht@lagrace.in or +91 90158 55409, sharing your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, the unboxing video and images of the damaged or incorrect item. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 working hours. Every request is assessed individually, and we reserve sole discretion over the resolution.

We are unable to offer a replacement if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, if there are two failed delivery attempts by our delivery partner, or if the package is refused by the recipient.
